This historic Water Rat's Lodge meeting in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, took place on Thursday February 9th. 2017 on the 51st. floor of ComR Robert Earl Jr.'s Planet Hollywood Resort, bang in the centre of the famous Strip. ComR Robert's hospitality was amazing and much appreciated, along with his father, Brother Rat Robert Earl Sr., 90 years young!
