ROBERT EARL JNR - COMPANION RAT

BIOGRAPHY

Robert Earl Junior is a man whose life bridges entertainment, enterprise, and enduring tradition. As the co-founder of the global-themed restaurant phenomenon Planet Hollywood, Robert brought together the worlds of celebrity and hospitality in a way that captivated audiences worldwide. With his signature flair and business instinct, he helped turn dining into an experience, one wrapped in the sparkle of show business and star power.

But behind the Hollywood lights is a strong sense of legacy and purpose. Robert is the son of the late Robert Earl Senior, a renowned singer and entertainer in his own right, and a proud Water Rat. His father’s footsteps carved out a deep respect for the entertainment industry, and it’s no surprise that Robert Junior has carried that spirit forward, both in business and in service to the arts.

In honour of his contributions to the entertainment world and his commitment to charitable work, Robert Earl Junior was inducted into the
Grand Order of Water Rats as Water Rat No. 758. His membership not only recognises his achievements, but also reflects a continuation of a family bond with the Order. The Earl name holds a special place within the brotherhood, spanning generations of dedication to performance, community and philanthropy.

Since joining the Rats, Robert has brought a unique blend of entrepreneurial energy and heartfelt generosity to the Order. Whether supporting charitable events or championing its values behind the scenes, he remains an active and respected member of the Water Rats’ extended family.
Carrying forward his father’s legacy while forging his own, Robert Earl Junior embodies the very essence of what it means to be a Water Rat, loyal, generous, and grounded in the joy of giving back.
